Dog or prostate specific antigen.

Prostate cancer is usually a symptom-free! Some patients may have symptoms to urinate frequently or


slow, or urinary blockage or burning, or bleeding. These symptoms


usually come from other conditions such as infection or inflammation levaquin 500 mg iv piggyback or overgrowth, but


may be associated with prostate cancer. When these symptoms the patient should be


look for urological evaluation. If the cancer has spread, bone pain is a common symptom. men older than 50 years and less than 80 should have annual prostate exam. All men

all African-American men older than 40 years of age must have an annual exam. In the few


families with lots of men who have prostate cancer screening was to be considered


an earlier age. Prostate cancer is very common in men over 80


but is usually slow growing, non-life threatening diseases. Men over 80 should have a


annual DRE of the prostate, and colorectal examination, and if an abnormal prostate

of the two tests increases the detection of prostate cancer within


either test alone. DRE by gently inserting the expert finger into the rectum and


gland palpation in size, shape, consistency, and nodules or lumps. Examiner


can also check out the colon or rectum, or other conditions.
